Contacting our Children and Families Coordinator

Our Church has a Children and Young Families Coordinator, Rachel Rollason. Her role is to help our church develop its ministry and outreach to children, young people and their parents.


Rachel usually works on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays mainly between the school and the upper room of the church from 8am to 3.15pm. Choral concert (Sunday 22 July)

Bournville Voices present a Choral Concert in St Mary Magdalene Church on Sunday 22nd July at 3 pm. Featuring Quilisma Youth Choir Springe, North Germany who are visiting as part of their UK Tour and also St Mary Magdalene Church Choir including the newly re- formed Junior Choir.

Privacy Policy

Mozart's Abduction from the Seraglio (Thursday 5 July)

There will be a performance of Mozart's Opera, The Abduction from the Seraglio on Thursday 5 July at St Mary Magdalene's in support of the MASIC Foundation.


The MASIC Foundation, which launched in March 2017, is the only charity to support an unspoken taboo in the UK for mothers who suffer incontinence as a result of anal sphincter injuries in childbirth.

Could you be a chorister?

St Mary Magdalene Junior Choir is an exciting opportunity  for boys and girls aged 7-16 who enjoy music. Weekly practices are on Friday early evenings during term time and the choir sings on some Sunday and on special occasions. Membership is free!
